My mom does this concept except she makes fried rice. I like to do it with chili. The only problem is when one comes out particularly delicious, we almost can never recreate it because we don’t remember everything we used 🤣🤣🤣

in college we used to use a food pantry for students. and my roommate and I had something called everything but the kitchen sink. we would take whatever meat and canned veggies we got, add rice and load it with cheese. it was different every time and every time it was good
