Alton brown raised me, along side my parents of course. I would watch his show every single day. Memorize it and repeat it back to my parents 😂 I am now known for being an excellent cook and I give my thanks and credit to him! Chicken wings must be steamed! There’s no other way to get a good crisp skin!
