The legal limit doesn't exist you can have one drink and get arrested they arrested me with a BAC of only .06 in Texas back in 2003 after only one and a half beers The officer did tell me since I was under the legal limit I could have my license back but he still felt I was intoxicated so that legal limit doesn't matter

I seriously got arrested after a fishing tournament plum sober once at the jail that machine showed clean along with the bac test I settled for a small amount upon the sheriff's request and the deputy was fired

I knew someone that got T-Boned by another driver that ran a red light. She was injured very badly. She wasn’t at fault. The other driver died. She blew a .01, which is the lowest you can be just above zero. She got a DUI with manslaughter. Went to prison. Lost her job. Lost her marriage. Got sued, lost everything else. She had had one glass of wine many hours prior. Didn’t do anything wrong and lost everything & everyone, including her health and years behind bars. It’s not worth it. Uber/Lyft/Cab/DD/Call someone.

I bought these for my husband and two eldest sons. They have come in handy with my sons. Both have told me that they have been about to drive because they thought they were okay but the keychain said they were over. They called Ubers. Great little gadget
