I typically do not use deliveries 1 because they're under paid and 2 they expect the tip upfront . both of these reasons creates a hostile environment and I'm not gambling with my food.

DD gives you a guaranteed amount per dash, if you accept the dash, as far as I'm concerned that's on you. If you do get a tip, that's a bonus. Expecting a tip, demanding one or complaining about what you do get is just asinine and entitled behavior of a spoiled child.

DoorDash is a stupid idea. People do not make money off of it and people are too lazy to go feed themselves or shop for themselves and the delivery person takes the heat because of people are lazy.
