“More easier” isn’t proper English. It’s either easier or more easy. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Have you ever discussed ideal supplementation for those with endometriosis? Currently, I take omega 3s, magnesium, vitamin d & k2 during the gloomy months and then cycle NAC (three months on, one month off) but I wonder if I can be doing more or taking something else that’s more effective at containing tissue growth.

In my opinion creatine anhydrous is better than what she’s advertising. Monohydrate will be very hard for your body to absorb, most of it will be left in your kidneys and will bloat your stomach

Do you have any peer reviews and or studies that talk about the benefits of creatine? I’ve heard it’s really good for your mind?

I hate that I got creatine gummies they’re fine but now I’m just eating 8 gummies everyday they have vegetable oil in them I can feel the processed sugar everytime I take them. But I’m also very cheap so I’ll have to finish them

I take monohydrate but in a micronized form. It doesnt claim any benefit other than mixing with liquid easier. is that just a gimmick?
