If we had educated, non corrupt and innovative leadership, many of these challenges could be addressed easily. The Department of Health should move to fully digital systems for patient registration and access to public healthcare. In a system, a patient’s ID would function as an access card. Upon arrival, patients would scan their ID at the gate to gain access, with the system controlling entry automatically. At reception, the same ID would be scanned to retrieve the patient’s information and guide them to the correct department.

It's surprising that our school facilities, our health facilities have not been given guidelines by the government to see who qualifies and who doesn't when admitting people. Is it correct that anyone can get into a medical facility without any questions asked or a form filled?
