If someone says 100% approval or fast-track service, 🚩 it's a scam. 3️⃣ Use Official Websites Only Always apply through https://ircc.canada.ca/ Fake portals look real — double-check the URL. 4️⃣ Get Receipts & Written Agreements If you hire a representative, ask for receipts, signed contracts, and copies of all forms. 5️⃣ Verify Job Offers & LMIA Call the employer directly using publicly listed numbers. Fake job offers are one of the most common scams. 6️⃣ Do Not Pay for Fake Admission or PAL Letters Your school must issue these directly. Never buy a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) or admission letter from a third party. 7️⃣ Protect Your Personal Information Never share your passport, SIN, or banking info with unverified individuals. 8️⃣ Stay Informed About IRCC Policies Scammers exploit confusion.
