I used genexa meds for pain management ans Arnica if I needed some extra in-between doses. hope her recovery is going well! it wasn't as bad as everyone made it seem. the stretches are sad but not bad! after the release my son didnt take a bottle after..thank God. the tie hurt me so freaking bad

We use arnica for pain, tension, soreness, and more! It works really well for us, definitely worth a try! Just make sure you get an oral one or the cell salt pellets to dilute in your breast milk for her! There’s creams and gel that aren’t meant to be consumed, they’re just topical. So just check it out!
