I wish they'll tell how exactly how to heal the heart & soul, not just say prayers etc. we've been praying all these years, fasting too. the traumas are still there. some of us it's been years of depression and our minds are messed up. Therapy costs money, we're jobless. just saying Heal your heart ...HOW?

yes... I was pregnant recently, and turns out I lost the baby for the 5th time. I just went silent. I ate less.. and less.. I loss almost 10 kg. But I did not feel anything. But when.. I was healthy and trying to diet? Well.. it never went down. Why? Because.. I was too pressured in trying to lose weight due to being fat. But I loss 10 kg after I lost my child.. cause I stopped my overthinking, stopped pressuring myself to try to eat less.. Cause.. I ate less and less without feeling hunger, I ate cause I have be by my husband's side when he eats. But I don't want him to question me for not eating nothing at all. I ate just a little for his sake.

Stress, genetics, hormones, metabolism, possible medications, illnesses... so many factors to consider. I once got on a medication that made me gain 7 kilos in two weeks. Mostly water weight though. Another friend got another medication and instantly started gaining weight, 30 kilos in 6 months without changing her diet. Stopped the medication and lost all that weight. My brother has always been naturally very thin, no matter what he ate people often thought he was anorexic and he just couldn't gain weight. I'm someone who for the past year ate 1000 calories worth of chocolate almost daily on top of all other food, did no sport and lived a very sedentary lifestyle, but my weight remained the same despite overeating. When I'm stressed I can't seem to lose weight even if I go on a very considerable calorie deficit up to 1000kcal a day, but in another situation I can lose 10 kilos in a month. Not simple math as one would expect.
