Little hack, take off half of the paper off the bandaid and tape that part to your hand pitching the skin while you give the injection. Just a tip for us people who hate fighting the sticky on the bandaids. This way the bandaid will be readily available for use when you've finished and the bandaid hasn't stuck to everything else in the process.
