Compound lifts hit multiple muscles at once, giving me the biggest return in the shortest time. 3–4 short sessions a week builds strength, maintains muscle, and gives me energy for the entire day. Protein + produce first rule Every meal starts with lean protein and a veggie/fruit. It fills me up so I naturally eat less of the other stuff. Stop eating 2–3 hours before bed Helps sleep quality, prevents late-night mindless snacking, and keeps digestion on track. Hydration before snacking I drink 16 oz of water before deciding I’m “hungry.” Most cravings vanish because I was just thirsty. You are probably not drinking enough.
