after my acl surgery when it was time for me to go I would not move cuz it hurts so much I was in tears and I was scared to move my leg cuz if I did a shock a pain will run through my leg my was in tears for 3 days

i have ehlers danlos, everything was torn in both knees (different times). I feel like ive lost a chunk of myself even after surgery because it was so hard and I dont have the same trust in my body anymore. how did you guys get that trust back?

So very thankful for mine! I took so many other things that made me happy just as much forgranted. Darkest and sad time of life. It sucks that it took my injury to realize it but that’s life.
