@samgach: Only have 3 minutes but want a good hamstring stretch? Try these my friend. Please note that there is not one single way to do just about anything. You can stretch your hamstrings for 1 minute and it’s beneficial. You can stretch them for 20 minutes and that can be beneficial. There are a lot of nuances. But here’s how you can do it in a few minutes and get a good stretch. It is important to stretch your hammies regularly so don’t neglect them.
