It’s arkansas jackass. They definitely keep black women from being firefighters. North Little Rock only has 8 black firefighters total. You don’t know anything about what goes on in Little Rock fire service. Look into the lawsuits and IABPFF. There’s been blocks for years but you didn’t look it up, you just started ignorantly talking.
