We use Abridge. It seems that it’s set up well for primary care but doesn’t do the best for specialties. At the same time I appreciate it because it still helps a little and I don’t have access to a scribe unless I want to completely pay for one myself

I’m a NP in a speciality office. We have actual scribes in office and the AI app Suki. Suki does a great sounding note but is not able to actually place our procedure/surgery orders or place labs/med orders. I much rather have an actual scribe if I get the choice!

It does so poorly with physical exam and then plan in a professionally written (not patient explained) way. I only like the way it records history right now.

just got one that I did the training on, but it seems like I'm still just doing the same things because I am currently working in obesity medicine and I will still have to be charting in a manner to get PAs approved
