I wanted to like my forearm so bad but I couldn’t move my arm in a certain way without my whole arm BURNING it hurt so bad I can never bring myself to try my forearm again. the crazy part is the insertion didn’t hurt at all it was just the cannula

I only use my forearm 🤷♀️lol sometimes it bleeds most of the time it doesnt 🤣but the back of my arm would bleed every time

T1D and nurse here. Mine sometimes bleeds on the back of my arm. I wipe the blood away and guess what the body reabsorbs what’s underneath the Dexcom. You’re all good! Mine also works just fine

usually if I bleed the sensor either doesn't work at all and I have to replace it right there, or it has the most accurate numbers. if the sensor placement works who cares where it is honestly

my libre made me bleed a lot once, like pouring down my arm, not stopping and was soooo painful. i think i hit a little vein or something. i did change it because it wouldnt stop

My son’s G7 did that in the normal “back of the arm” spot and was bleeding so bad and would not stop so we had to remove after about 3 min🙄

Ive been on the g7 since it came out and never got to try the g6. Is the g6 needle longer? Ive had diabolical holes from the g7 but never much blood😅
