Very good; however, a bit better is add carrots, do not put parchment paper, and put a 1/2 inch of broth in there and 425 for 1 hour….the broth infuses the potatoes and carrots, delicious

TIP: Freeze meat or items that will make your trash smell. Then when it’s trash day, take them out for the garbage pick up
