I got a dog, when I worked 10 minutes away from home. I KNEW I wanted to study a year down the line. Had it all figured out, leaving my dog for 3-4 hours alone 4-5 days a week, during travel and lectures. Nothing bad at all. Then they changed the god damn bus and tram line. Now I would leave her alone for too long, because the public transport is taking longer than before. So I’m looking for an apartment, closer to the school, even though I love my neighbourhood. It’d do it again in a heartbeat too, uprooting my stability for my dog. ☺️❤

Daycare for my dog didn't work out as he didn't care for other dogs, I had to adjusted my schedule to drop him off at my parents every workday. Both my parents and my dog are happy with this arrangement, worth me getting up 30min earlier.
