We shouldn’t have to file a claim. They have a full list of all customers that were charged and what they were charged. Why do we have to go out there and file the claim? Why can’t they just pay us appropriately

Been a prime member for over a decade. Amazon has a record of their prime members , so they know the customers they’ve fleeced and should have no problem paying out based on their records.
