it's my belief and feelings that adding all those Fasteners to the side of that Stringer strap weakens the integrity of the Stringer itself everything lines up with the grain overtime that dries out and it weakens that spot just my belief

Pro tip. Build it off deck with a ledger board then lag the ledger to the deck.
