How will they know if the person they’re spraying is a tourist, refugee, new resident, etc. People just aren’t allowed to see the sights?? Their anger is directed at the wrong people.

if tourists are coming, staying in hotels (not rentals or Airbnb) paying for items there, have travel insurance for any hospital trips and then going home, how are they a problem?
