Thoroughly wash 1 pound of fresh strawberries and remove stems In a large air tight class container layer; Strawberries with turbinado sugar or brown sugar Close the lid and set in the fridge for for 2-3 days. Once syrup is developed strain and store the syrup in clean glass container in the fridge. (Keep the whole strawberries for baking) . Hibiscus 1/3 cup Dried Hibiscus 1 Tbsp chopped ginger 32 oz Hot Water Let hibiscus and ginger steep in hot water for 10-15min. Then strain with a fine mesh strainer and let cool to room temp. Add 1/2 cup strawberry syrup or little more if you want it sweeter. Stir and bottle juice and store in fridge.
