The DA can’t deny the transcripts as they have nothing to do with them. They are done by a transcription service. All anyone has to do is go on line and fill out the request and pay the money. And it’s by page.

I'm confused. Is this real? Why does the DA have them? The Office of Transcription Services is supposed to have them. The DA wouldn't even appear to be the record keeper that you'd send a FOIA to. The DAs office isn't involved in things like civil cases, divorces etc. so the idea that they'd be responsible for maintaining court recordings seems off. Can someone explain?

Get the transcripts. You’ll find that Judge Cannone was bias/correct it was HER brother whom represented Chris Albert in his 1994 homicide trial.. conflict of interest much? She had factual information Officer John O’Keefe death occurred *Inside 34 Fairview home.
