Give it a try 😋 Recipe Rice: 1/2 onion 1-2 cloves garlic 2 cups of rice 8 oz tomato sauce 4 cups water + 1 TBSP chicken bouillon (Or 4 cups chicken broth) 1 Tsp of tomato bouillon Chicken: 2-3 lbs Chicken Breast Olive oil Garlic Powder Paprika Onion Powder Sazón *any other seasonings you like Queso is by Marketside from Walmart. Next time you make this, pop your rice.. meaning add your oil and rice at the same time. Fry the rice for 5 minutes then add your onions and continue to fry till the rice till your onions are half done cooking. After that add in your seasoning, tomato sauce, garlic and broth. Let the rice come to a boil, lay some tin foil over the top of the pot and add your lid. Put the rice on a 2 for 30 minutes and fluff up with a fork before serving.. trust it’s the best damn pot of rice I’ve had.. I make it 3 lbs at a time and freeze it lasts me for 2 months
