(artist of 10+ yrs exp here 👋) for the advice to work, you need to understand how to draw boxes in a 3D space. I know it sounds silly to learn how to "draw a box" but undestanding how to place a box correctly in a 3d space and understanding how said box looks when you rotate it means you can then start putting more complex shapes inside that box and drawing them in perspective. I recommend youtuber Pikat (just look up "Pikat Drawing Boxes" on youtube and you should find what you need) she goes over why and how you can learn to get a better understanding of boxes 👍 It can be a bit boring but it's something i really wish i learnt earlier. so if you get a start now yur art will improve rapidly! :D

❗drawing boxes for bodys will help you if you're planning to do it from a harder perspective and can help with blocking the shadoes,that's the only purpose , ❗boxes WILL NOT help you with anatomy
