People are already misunderstanding in the comments. She is not daydreaming. If you touch or talk to sb who is daydreaming, they often come out of it quickly. But absence seizures literally mean they dont know whats going on around them and they can get seriously injured if they are doing something dangerous

since she has epilepsy what out for sleep walking idk exactly what causes the sleep walking but when I was younger and was having seizures almost everyday I would sleep walk all around the house and would have seizures during my sleep walking

I have only ever have one Absense Seizure and I would have had no idea it happened if my sister didnt witness it. So actually idk how many I may have had by now but yeah not fun at all :( poor girl
