My therapist said having a pure heart of Jesus comes with the gift of discernment so we can protect our hearts. It really stuck w me because same. When I don't listen to my discernment it gets me hurt and hurt makes hearts harden. This is why I just stay close to very few ppl now. We pick up on everyone's energy and it's so exhausting to feel everything

Yes!! It is why I would always have the MOST anxiety after oversharing with certain people when I knew I should not be. This is exactly what it is!! It is SO hard. I still struggle sometimes but I am definitely aware of my discernment / intuition. It is hard being such a caring person but looking out for yourself / your peace too! It changes drastically too after having kids. So much stronger. You’re mama bear!!💓

Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers and withheld the info that he was their brother when they later came to Egypt to discern weather or not they were sorry for it. Nothing wrong with keeping information private to protect yourself babes 💖
