flying all the way to Japan just to pay US prices for vintage designer is criminal 😭 so consider this your cheat sheet for finding the ACTUAL deals in tokyo ✨ i went to 15+ vintage designer stores around Tokyo and these were the 4 where i actually found prices worth getting excited about 👀 📍 MixTHINKS Harajuku Store 6-28-6 Jingumae, Shibuya the first floor is mostly bags in essentially new condition, so prices are a little higher. if you want the REAL deals, head straight to the back room for Japanese eBay-level prices!! the bags are going to be more rare and some may need a little TLC, but you genuinely CANNOT beat the prices. i saw sooo many resellers back there scooping up bags, so trust me when i say it is the source 👀 the second floor is also discounted with bags in “good condition,” so i’d say those prices are more mid-tier! 📍 BRAND OFF Shibuya: 23-10 Udagawacho, Shibuya Ginza Main Store: 5-5-9 Ginza, Chuo City Ginza Annex: 5-3-12 Ginza, Chuo City, 3F brand off has multiple locations around tokyo and honestly i found good deals at all of them, but these 3 were my favorites! both ginza locations had SO many bags under $1k, while shibuya is where i ended up finding my chanel bag for an amazing price. the shibuya store is also huge with multiple floors and different tiers of bags, so definitely give yourself time to look through everything. 📍 IN VINTAGE 12-11 Udagawacho, Shibuya, 3F this shop is small but PACKED with incredible inventory. so much vintage chanel + LV, and specifically an insane selection of balenciaga city bags, all very reasonably priced. i actually saw the exact LV bag i bought here for 2x the price at another shop, and i’d argue the condition of this one was even better 😭 they’re also open to negotiating, so shoot your shot if you please 👀 📍 2nd STREET GINZA Marronnier Gate Ginza 3 2-3-12 Ginza, 3F + 4F 2nd street is a chain with locations all over tokyo, but this ginza location is brand new and had SO much inventory. plenty of bags under $1k in really good condition, chanel bags around $1,500, and i even found vintage chanel sunglasses for just $50!! moral of the story: the vintage designer deals in tokyo ARE there, you just have to know where to look 🫡 save this for your trip so you can spend less time hunting and more time buying 👜✨ #tokyoshopping #handbagtiktok #tokyo #fashiontiktok #handbags
