Bibigo is a NO NO. Super fermented all the way from Korea 🤣 Honestly, I drive an hour down to my Mom to pick up fresh kimchi couple times a month. Can’t do the grocery store over well done ones.

taking notes from the comments cause I'm always looking for good kimchi.👀 there's a tiny Korean grocery store in the town over from mine that makes some and it's pretty good, but they either sell it in tiny containers or giant ones, no in between.😭
