@tranquilitybyhehe: Hey @Amazon — are you okay? • • • I, too, am a (small) business owner and I would absolutely fire someone 👏🏽ON👏🏽THE👏🏽SPOT👏🏽 for even thinking about treating a client’s belongings in such a manner. • Then to slyly ask “do you need help?” No, I needed my packages to be treated respectfully so the things I ordered weren’t broken when I opened the boxes causing me to have to take on the time to make a return, the additional mental load of reordering, the gas to drive to a return location and the time it takes to get a replacement. • You can see by the number of packages that I am a faithful supporter of your prime membership. Maybe some additional training for your staff is in order. • One thing I know as a fellow business owner is that without your customers, you have nothing. Do better.
