You have to meet the masses where they’re at, and to over intellectualise and have a staunch purity test only leads to doubt and inaction and we don’t have the time for doubt and inaction.

I think that the best thing people can do to start any sort of leftist pipeline is not try to start a leftist pipeline. Instead just make content about the things you're passionate about, include your friends, and model good behaviour. I honestly think that things like Loading Ready Run and Dropout have done more to make people leftists than most debate bros (who literally just end up platforming the worst people they can find) and video essayists (who largely make content that appeals to an already leftist audience). They will come for the stuff they're already interested in and end up learning without realising it and seeing these people as the kind of people living the lives they want and start emulating them. The right doesn't have a pipeline, they have a frog boiling factory and that's why they're winning.

This is the first time I’ve heard of the alt left pipeline, but I’ve been doing something kind of vaguely like what you’re talking about, sharing content from liberal voices, especially from women, trans and non-White folks in Facebook (yeah, I know), trying to amplify them where they might not otherwise be heard.
