@sinafitcoach: 🍴 Eating for your goals doesn’t need to be boring or bland 🙅‍♀️ I’m currently on a moderate cut (~1900–2000 calories) and still enjoying a variety of delicious, filling meals every single day 💪✨ Here’s what one full day looks like for me: Meal 1: Coffee ☕ + banana 🍌 + 2 toasts with hazelnut spread, warm blueberries & sugar-free maple syrup Meal 2: Protein oats with protein powder, oats, berries, PB, walnuts & almond milk 🥣 Meal 3: Noodles + SwoleFoods chicken + veggies + spices + sriracha & soy sauce 🍜 Meal 4: Barebells protein bar, protein yogurt + rice wafers + PB 🍫 Meal 5: Pan-fried snapper + air-fried potatoes with garlic salt + salad & balsamic 🥗 Meal 6: Protein ice cream (toppings: nuts, dark choc, protein bar + sugar-free choc sauce) + sugar-free jelly topped with protein yogurt 🍨 and a Sugar-free hot chocolate before bed ☕🍫 The key? Balance + variety + consistency. I never feel restricted, and I love every meal while still working towards my goals.
