it's 30 years old if it's 3 decades old. never heard of emission testing requiring cars over 25 yrs old to be tested. I'm in Ohio 20 yrs or older no testing

2k rpm. hot engine. inject distilled water in air intake from a spray bottle in mist form. do it intermittently..wait for water to show yp in tail pipe. do entire process with 2liter.of water.
