The moths that lay the eggs on the plants are huge. You can make an enclosure out of 1”x2” wood and 1/2” hardware cloth. It will keep the big moths out but allow bees to come in and pollinate the tomato flowers.

Unfortunately you have to pick each one off. You can do companion plants/herbs to help deter them. I did herbs, peppers, and marigolds and I treat with diatomaceous earth

I’m going to suggest pesticide. They work, they don’t harm the tomatoes, wash off easily.

If you take a black light out at night they will glow and you can pick them off.
