I hope you’re okay. Life can be tough at times. I go through the same thing. We all get in a funk every once in a while. Maybe it’s time to slow down just a little bit. The hiking probably gave your mind and soul a rest and then coming back to reality can be a shock. Take one day at a time. You will be okay. You have many people who got your back!!!

Al giorno d'oggi con la vita frenetica che ognuno di noi fa e con gli assurdi ritmi che la società consumistica ci impone, il lavoro che pretende da noi il massimo sempre e comunque, si corre il rischio di imbattersi in questo malessere serpeggiante complice adesso anche i tempi difficili che viviamo con il futuro offuscato dagli eventi bellici e dalle scelte scriteriate dei leader mondiali. Tutto questo genera certamente delle insicurezze non trascurabili. Allora che ben vengano le uscite fuori porta dedicandole alla natura e all'attività fisica, ai propri hobby e laddove non ci sono, bisogna crearli per dare soddisfazione e piacevolezza al nostro vivere quotidiano. Leggere libri, ascoltare molta musica, dipingere, colora i nostri giorni e rende tutto più interessante. Distaccarsi anche dal continuo bombardamento mediatico e spesso esasperato nel modo di fare notizia, intendo le cronache giornalistiche, aiuta molto. Di tanta spazzatura non abbiamo bisogno.
