Top tip for broccoli. Chop up any type of broccoli into bite size pieces. Chop some garlic and press with a knife and salt so it mashes it a bit to activate the flavour, add to a empty bowl that will fit the broccoli, add olive or avocado oil, salt -pepper, squeeze of lemon and parmesan if you fancy and toss the broccoli in the mixture. Spread on a baking tray and pop in the oven or air fryer on 190-200 until they start to brown a bit. 15-20 mins depending on how much you cook and which oven you use. Enjoy!
