My 2 year old was playing with her dollhouse dolls, so the a baby and a mama doll, aching out a bedtime scenario. Baby says “mama, I want uppy! Pick me up!” Then her mama doll, in my child’s sweet little voice, replies, “I can’t do uppy. My back hurts.” 🤦‍♀️🥲

when I worked in childcare there is a lot of getting up from the floor, the kids started copying my 'oofs'. one kid wasn't verbal yet but he copied my noises haha
