I only just started following you as I’m taking over a sunbed shop soon. I actually have a registered nurse background, so I’ve been deep diving into all the evidence and science behind the different bulbs used. Just a little tip I picked up along the way: there really is a difference between pure red light bulbs and hybrid ones, so it’s always worth asking your salon exactly which type they have! Pure red light is just for collagen and skin repair with no tan, while hybrid gives you the best of both worlds — gentle UV for colour plus all those amazing collagen benefits together. That’s definitely what I’ll be using when I open! Keep doing what you’re doing — you’re brilliant and such a great help to everyone! ✨🔥"

the bed i always use has red bulbs throughout but with blue as well. this will be why my face doesnt tan! definitely going to now change it up and use the blue uv beds 😬

Nice review. We have red light beds and stress to our customers that it shouldn’t be used solely to treat a skin problem as they are nowhere near as effective as the hospital beds. However, as long as customers understand this and realise that having that extra little collagen in their body (even only at 10% - 30% as you mentioned) it can only help. One of the things we have noticed is a dramatic reduction of eczema and psoriasis in customers who have used them. Keep up the good work. Nigel. X
