Floors look cheap. There’s nothing wrong either LVP but not cheap looking LVP, Especially for that price. And the fireplace looks cheap.

700k is unrealistic, although I understand they styled it closer to the million dollar + price point homes. The fluted trim, the specific gas stove, the style of the master and walk in shower on the lower level tells me they really did try. It’s honestly a very pretty home. Some things here and there that don’t seem the greatest but for the most part, very nice. I’d say in a fair market this would cost 400k-500k and that’s a compliment. Even with today’s inflation, 700k is a little high imo
