One brownie, two hidden favorites. The Oreo-and-peanut-butter-cup middle is the best part of breaking these open 🍫🥜🍪 #OreoBrownies #Reeses #StuffedBrownies #EasyBaking #DessertIdeas Ingredients - 12 Double Stuf Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies - 12 standard-size Reese’s milk chocolate peanut butter cups, all wrappers removed - 1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix - 2 eggs - 2 tablespoons water - 1/2 cup vegetable oil - Cooking spray or a little extra oil, enough to lightly grease all 12 muffin wells - A standard 12-cup muffin pan, a mixing bowl, a spoon or whisk, a spring-loaded scoop, and a cooling rack steps 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of all 12 wells in the muffin pan. 2. Place one whole Double Stuf Oreo flat in each well. Keep both cookie wafers and the cream filling together. 3. Remove the outer wrappers and brown paper liners from the peanut butter cups. Place one cup flat on top of each Oreo. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with the 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons water, and 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Stir until the dry mix is incorporated into a thick, uniform batter. 5. Scoop 2–3 tablespoons of batter over each peanut butter cup, letting it cover the top and settle around the sides. 6. Bake for 20–22 minutes, until the brownie tops are set and crackly. Place the pan on a cooling rack and let the brownies cool completely in the pan. 7. Gently loosen the edges if needed, then lift the brownies out of the wells. Break one open to reveal the Oreo base and peanut butter cup center.
