I just switched dentists because his office was cluttered & messy. I felt bad about it. My new dentist found four fillings that needed repair. It had only been 6 months since I had seen them messy dentist. He had missed these for who knows how long?

As a person who has been to the dentist at least 4-5 times a year- or more- for the past 30 years, I can say that a dentist’ office is a healthcare facility and should be spotless. The more high tech, the better!

Yes, appearance definitely say something...just not what some people claim it says. Like a big grisly guy can be the sweetest kindest person. His appearance just tells you about his genetics and taste in clothes. That's not too important when it comes to choosing a friend. I've been to those clean, light modern dentists and some are very good. Others have invested a lot of money on all that and so push all kinds of things that you don't need plus charge twice the amount of other dentists. Time will tell what that appearance means.
