I'm so sorry for your loss. They really are family members. We lost our little guy almost 2 years ago now and I still think about him constantly. We were lucky that he made it to almost 17! It makes me sad when I think about him but at the same time I still love to talk about him and share the memories. ❤

You said it so beautifully I lost my dog a couple of months ago and I’ve never felt so much pain and gratitude that I got to love her until the end. It comes in waves when I walk by a pet aisle or when I stand in my backyard and stare at the last hole she dug. My deepest condolences 🙏
