When i cry, i’m told to stop crying because it makes me look immature, when I don’t, i’m told to cry because not crying makes me look too mature for my age. At 4 years old, they taught me crying doesn’t mean you can get what you want. At 5 years old, they taught me crying is immature behavior. At 6-till now they taught me that crying is a sign of weakness and that I shouldn’t be crying because of a small thing. But when i do cry i’m called dramatic, immature, ungrateful, and unworthy child.
