I worked on this show and this scene was insane. We were supposed to use CGI to make it looke like Huge disappeared but he went off script and actually flash stepped. Everyone lost their minds. the cool explanation: house can just do that the real explanation: this guy has akinetopsia, rare disorder also known as motion blindness. hes also the son of the coma patient also in the room. kid has a seizure and gets admitted, later seeing his heart was failing. father was woken up for one day using a really strong medicine that Cuddy definitely didnt want House using. father talks about his kid and how the fire that killed the mother was caused because the kid accidentally dropped a popcorn shaker. through this, we find out that the kid dropping that shaker was more than an accident, and comes out with a MERRF (Myoclonic epilepsy with ragged red fibers) syndrome. the father feels sorry, but never went back to tell the kid, as he ended his life in the hotel room they were in. the fathers heart goes to the kid, and the episode ends.
