Bought an ELEGOO printer. Broken from day one. Support tells me it’s my fault, or that I should ‘print with the door open’ during long prints… and even offers to sell me replacement parts. Meanwhile, my other printers work perfectly. Do yourself a favor — avoid this nightmare
