Something similar happened to my sister when we were in Nice in July. We had to call the ambulance from the Nice train station bc of a heart episode. the fire fighters turn up and were taken to the emergency room at the private hospital for tests. I believe their fire fighters are their first responders, in the van we were taken in was a cross between an ambulance and fire truck

Random but it’s the same in aus. If you call an ambo, fire fighters actually are next in line to respond if ambo’s are busy! :)

This exact thing happened to me a couple weeks ago and I swear it hits ppl worse when they have ibs that they have to go to hospital. Also did u get a potassium drip cause that killed me
