good for you! I'm 4 months post op and couldn't do stairs til 3 months. Well I could go up fine but coming down wasn't happening. I can do normal stairs now, but not my narrow, winding staircase. Risers are a bit high so I get scared. Proud of you!

had my right replaced in may,I still can't go downstairs without holding on to the bannister.

They wouldn’t let me home from hospital till I could do the stairs after 2 days I did then I have steep stairs at home but never found them a problem at all. I think I must’ve been just lucky I found the hardest bit was getting both legs in bed as my bed is quite high hooked one leg under the other to lift it.

I'm waiting to have full knee replacement, not gonna lie I'm absolutely 💩💩 my self, hearing all these stories about the pain after wards, I've got no stairs in my place to help with my leg as live in bungalow I'm hoping it doesn't matter if not I'll have to go to my daughter's and use her stairs daily

I’m n Day 4 and can’t get any bend at all to try the exercise to slide leg up and down. Is this normal?
