Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library Rooftop This one’s such a hidden gem located right in Midtown. you can head up to the very top of the New York Public Library’s Stavros Niarchos branch and get views of the Empire State Building without spending a dime. This spot is perfect for a little quiet moment above the busy streets of the city. 2. Time Out Market New York Head over to DUMBO in Brooklyn and make your way up to the rooftop of Time Out Market. The food court itself is amazing but the real star is the free terrace where you get insane views of the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. 3. Pier 57 Rooftop Park This is one of my absolute faves which I don’t see a lot of people talking about. This rooftop is actually a public park and has some of the best views over Little Island and downtown Manhattan. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset or just chill with coffee and people watch.
