and what if we establish our own county at the midpoint of the country somewhere around Narok we vote young leaders under 30's as a Governor..then we start building a big hospital by the unemployed engineers, nurses,doctors,. we establish a police station we recruit and train police. we start a school system of 8:4:4,,,, and also we will have our own court whereby we will make our own constitution... after 5 years it will turn up to a country we find a young president.... tuondokee hao wazee wa matakataka
