@richmanparadise: If you didn’t have the vision, then you didn’t belong in Apple 🚫 Apple was absolutely insane back in the day, truly the golden age for them ✨. They understood that customers didn’t buy their phone just because it was a phone, they bought it because no other product in the market was pushing innovation as much as them. Every detail mattered. The way the product was presented 📦, how you opened it, the quality, the boundaries it broke, how it felt to people, and even the fonts—which seemed like a sub-problem to others. For Apple, every problem was equally important. This is what made them great, the greatest in the market, and what created storms for everyone. 🌪️ So when the best programmer of their time questioned the importance of fonts and suggested leaving it aside, Steve Jobs got furious. It was simple: If you don’t share our vision, then you don’t belong in Apple. As a leader building the product that was the talk of the era 🏆, you needed to be harsh and ensure everybody was on the same page. And if you weren’t on that same page—even if you were the best—you meant nothing for the project and the goal they were chasing. #apple #innovation #goals #vision #business Movie: Jobs
